At Terry Carter Music Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument and gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards, to ensure it arrives back to us in mint condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
